Real Estate Attorney - Boston

Robinson+Cole, an Am Law 200 Firm, seeks an Attorney with at least eight years experience to join its Real Estate and Development practice group in its Boston office.

Robinson+Cole’s Real Estate and Development practice regularly represents lenders, buyers, sellers and owners in commercial real estate transactions. Representative clients include national and local lenders, developers, and owners of all classes of real estate assets.

Qualified candidates will have significant experience representing clients in real estate and finance transactional matters including commercial real estate lending, construction lending, loan participation, loan work outs, foreclosures, reviewing title and survey, condominium, commercial leasing, real estate acquisitions and dispositions.

The candidate must have substantial experience reviewing due diligence work related to zoning, survey and title issues with a special emphasis on title insurance and endorsements. In addition to the ability to review and analyze complex real estate agreements, candidates should work well as part of a team and enjoy a fast paced work environment.

Admission to the Massachusetts bar is required. Top academic and transactional credentials, excellent writing, research, negotiation and communication skills also required.

Intellectual Property Associate 

Robinson+Cole, an AmLaw 200 firm, seeks an associate with three to four years of trademark and copyright prosecution, dispute resolution, and litigation experience to join its Intellectual Property and Technology Law Practice Group in its New York, NY or Hartford, CT office.

We are looking for a candidate with significant experience on:

  • Trademark and copyright prosecution, counseling and enforcement matters including prosecuting, maintaining and enforcing trademark and copyright applications and registrations, counseling on brand management and copyright protection matters, assisting with resolution of ownership rights and disputes including TTAB proceedings and litigation related to same, advising on the establishment of trade secret programs, and counseling clients on packaging, labeling, promotional and advertising matters.

Candidates will be located in New York, NY or Hartford, CT. Candidates should have: superior academic credentials; excellent writing and analytical skills; hard-working and a self-starter with excellent attention to detail; and 3 - 4 years of law firm experience. Admission to the bar in the state of residence is required.
