This position can be based in any of the Firm’s locations in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Delaware or Pennsylvania.  A hybrid work schedule may be available.  Admission to the bar in the state of practice is required.  Candidates should work well as part of a team, have great attention to detail, and excellent communication and drafting skills.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
