Real Estate and Development Attorney - Boston

Robinson+Cole, an Am Law 200 Firm, seeks an Attorney with at least eight years of experience to join its Real Estate and Development practice group in its Boston office.

Robinson+Cole’s Real Estate and Development practice regularly represents lenders, buyers, sellers and owners in commercial real estate transactions.  Representative clients include national and local lenders, developers, and owners of all classes of real estate assets.

Qualified candidates will have significant experience representing clients in real estate and finance transactional matters including commercial real estate lending, construction lending, loan participation, loan work outs, foreclosures, reviewing title and survey, condominium, commercial leasing, real estate acquisitions and dispositions.

The candidate must have substantial experience reviewing due diligence work related to zoning, survey and title issues with a special emphasis on title insurance and endorsements.  In addition to the ability to review and analyze complex real estate agreements, candidates should work well as part of a team and enjoy a fast paced work environment.

Business Immigration Associate - Hartford

The Hartford office of Robinson & Cole LLP, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a Business Immigration Associate with two to four years of business immigration law experience to join our Immigration practice.

Our lawyers, experienced in all aspects of immigration law, represent Fortune 100 and Global 500 companies, as well as small businesses, new ventures, and nonprofit organizations, including hospitals and universities.  Our firm provides a full range of immigration legal services. We regularly prepare submissions to all applicable government agencies and assist clients with employment eligibility verification and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience assessing eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for nonimmigrant and immigrant visa status in the United States, working with clients to prepare petitions and applications for submission to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Department of Labor (DOL) for nonimmigrant and immigrant status for foreign national duties, and working on other related duties as required.

Business Litigation Associate - Hartford

Robinson+Cole, an AmLaw 200 firm, seeks an associate with four to six years of complex litigation experience to join its Business Litigation Practice Group in its Hartford, CT office.

Intellectual Property & Technology Associate 

Robinson+Cole, an AmLaw 200 firm, seeks an associate with three to four years of intellectual property and technology transaction and trademark and copyright prosecution experience to join its Intellectual Property and Technology Law Practice Group. 

We are looking for a candidate with at least three years of experience on:

  • Trademark and copyright prosecution, counseling and enforcement matters including prosecuting, maintaining and enforcing trademark and copyright applications and registrations, counseling on brand management and copyright protection matters, assisting with resolution of ownership rights and disputes, advising on the establishment of trade secret programs, and counseling clients on packaging labeling, promotional and advertising matters
  • A range of intellectual property and technology transactional matters, including structuring, drafting, revising, and negotiating a wide variety of agreements related to intellectual property and technology including software and IP license agreements, research and development agreements, strategic alliance agreements, maintenance, support and other service agreements,  sponsorship agreements, and other intellectual property and technology agreements. The candidate will also assist on intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.

Candidates will be located in Hartford, CT or New York, NY.  Candidates should have: superior academic credentials; excellent writing and analytical skills; hard-working and a self-starter with excellent attention to detail; and 3-4 years of law firm experience.  Admission to the bar in the state of residence is required.

Construction Attorney
