Greg Bennici is a member of the firm's Business Litigation Group. Mr. Bennici's practice focuses on many aspects of commercial litigation, including breach of contract, unfair and deceptive trade practices, consumer fraud, racketeering, and other business torts. His practice also encompasses regulatory and administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies, including the Connecticut Department of Banking, the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection, the Connecticut Department of Labor, the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, the Connecticut Workers' Compensation Commission, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Mr. Bennici is a contributor to the Employee Benefits and Compensation Group’s ERISA Claim Defense Blog, a platform that offers commentary and insight on administration and evaluation and litigation of group benefits claims as well as other compliance and litigation issues involving ERISA.
Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Mr. Bennici practiced at Zeldes, Needle & Cooper, P.C., and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Dominic J. Squatrito of the United States District Court, District of Connecticut.
