Michelle Labbe is a member of the firm’s Finance Group, where she focuses her practice on financing and real estate matters. She regularly represents lenders and individuals with commercial real estate transactions and financing, including commercial and construction lending and commercial acquisitions and leasing.
Before joining Robinson+Cole, Ms. Labbe was most recently an associate at a historically prominent Massachusetts firm, where she focused on commercial and residential real estate matters, including drafting financing documents, drafting and negotiating commercial and residential purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases, reviewing title reports, and resolving complex title issues. She also has experience drafting corporate documents and filings.
While at Suffolk University Law School, Ms. Labbe worked as a law clerk, performing legal research and drafting and analyzing legal documents and memoranda. While pursuing her undergraduate degree at Clark University, where she graduated cum laude, Ms. Labbe was an intern at an office of the Social Security Administration in New Hampshire. She is a notary public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
