Nina Pelc-Faszcza is a member of the firm’s Labor, Employment, Benefits + Immigration Group. Her practice is concentrated in the area of U.S. immigration law, with a primary focus on business immigration law.
Prior to joining the firm, Nina was a finance and tax credit associate in the Boston office of a global law firm, where she also maintained an active pro bono practice, which included representing an undocumented minor in removal proceedings. While attending law school, Nina was an associate editor of the Connecticut Law Review, and served as a legal extern at The Hartford Financial Services Company and a legal intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Connecticut. Prior to attending law school, Nina worked for three years as a business immigration paralegal and legal assistant for an immigration law firm in western Massachusetts.
