Our firm has a long tradition of defending clients facing criminal charges, from the investigation phase to trial and through appeals. We have negotiated advantageous resolutions of criminal charges and taken criminal cases to favorable verdicts in state and federal court. Our trial experience includes allegations of antitrust, government contracting fraud, tax fraud, mail and wire fraud, public corruption, election fraud, and environmental offenses as well as non-white-collar offenses, such as murder and assault. A number of our lawyers have served and continue to serve as specially appointed public defenders, asked by the court to represent individuals accused of crimes. Indeed, our lawyers have been appointed to represent clients accused of death penalty-eligible crimes.
