Business Litigation Associate

Robinson+Cole, an AmLaw 200 firm founded in 1845, is seeking a highly motivated litigation associate to join its business litigation practice group, which will include working with our nationally recognized manufacturing industry and data privacy/cybersecurity teams.  Our firm’s work for clients in business litigation, manufacturing law and data privacy spans the United States and globally and has been a trendsetter in the legal industry.

Litigation Associate - Complex Insurance Coverage 

Robinson+Cole, an AmLaw 200 firm, seeks an associate with 3 to 5 years of complex litigation experience to join its Insurance + Reinsurance Practice Group in its Hartford, CT or Stamford, CT offices.   

Robinson+Cole has one of the leading insurance coverage and litigation practices in the United States and supports leading international insurers and underwriters across multiple lines of business, including commercial property, CGL, construction defect, environmental, professional liability and financial lines.

Bankruptcy Attorney - Wilmington

Robinson & Cole LLP, an Am Law 200 firm, seeks an attorney with at least eight years of experience to join its Bankruptcy and Reorganizations Practice Group in its Wilmington, DE office.  Partner or counsel level position is potentially available depending on depth and breadth of experience and portable business.  The duties of the position include assisting in the following types of matters:

  • Representation of Debtors, Official and Unofficial Committees, creditors and other parties in business bankruptcy matters;
  • Motion practice in Bankruptcy Court, including researching, drafting and analyzing motions, preparing objections and briefs, and assisting in hearings on contested matters as well as omnibus hearings;
  • Adversary proceedings, including pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery and trial preparation.
  • Participating at trial, including preparing witnesses and trial exhibits.

Labor and Employment Associate 

Robinson+Cole, an Am Law 200 firm, seeks an associate with at least four years of employment and/or labor law experience to join our Hartford, CT or Stamford, CT office.  Robinson+Cole offers a full array of employment law services to employers: counseling, litigation, immigration, benefits, labor relations, investigations and training.  We assist clients not only with addressing pressing legal concerns, but in proactively examining policies and practices to minimize legal exposure and increase compliance with the laws applicable to the employee-employer relationship through our integrated labor, employment, benefits and immigration practice.

Land Use/Real Estate Associate - Hartford

Robinson+Cole, an Am Law 200 firm, seeks an associate to join its land use practice in its Hartford office.  Qualified candidates will have at least two to four years of experience with zoning and other local, state and federal real estate development permitting and public approval processes.

Commercial Real Estate Finance Associate - New York City

Public Finance Associate - Hartford
