Robinson+Cole’s David Leibovitch will be moderating two sessions at the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s (AIPLA) “2022 Design Rights Boot Camp.” On Monday, November 14, he will be moderating a program covering consumer products and software and GUIs. On Thursday, November 17, David will be moderating a program focused on textiles and clothing and architecture and retail space. The Design Rights Boot Camp is a five-day comprehensive CLE program designed for both new and experienced IP practitioners who wish to learn about protecting and enforcing designs in all areas of IP, including design patents, copyright and trademark dress.
