Intellectual Property + Technology Group co-chair John Cordani and member Kayla O’Leary will present the Connecticut Bar Association (CBA) roundtable discussion “Ethical Practices for Communications with Clients, Opposing Parties, and the USPTO” at Robinson+Cole’s Hartford office on December 1, 2022. Hosted by the CBA Intellectual Property Section, the program will focus on strategies to ethically communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and government agencies, and included discussion of recent cases, practical tips, and best practices.
