Bankruptcy + Reorganizations Group co-chair, Natalie Ramsey, will take part in a live webcast on Mass Torts as a faculty member at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (PBI) “Bankruptcy Institute 2022.” The program is part of the half-day Commercial Bankruptcy Section’s offerings, which also include programs on case law updates, commercial and consumer mediation, and the always-popular Shark Tank (Ethics), in which judges of the regional Bankruptcy Courts – the “Sharks” – weigh in on the best pitches made by commercial and consumer bankruptcy attorneys. The two-day Bankruptcy Institute 2022 is designed to offer insightful, relevant and practical sessions taking a close look at trending topics shaping today’s bankruptcy practice, including updates from judges, representatives of the U.S. Trustee’s office and top practitioners, as well as a quick-hits summary of the top commercial and consumer cases of the year.
