For capital projects of all sizes at colleges and universities, tracking and approving progress payments to contractors requires a knowledge of construction contracting and accounting methods that can be difficult to follow, even for those with experience. In this program, we will review common compensation concepts and pitfalls and offer suggestions to help keep projects on track.
This program would be beneficial for general counsel, project managers, facilities personnel, auditors, and others who track costs related to construction projects for educational institutions.
Robinson+Cole's Greg Faulkner and Marty Onorato will be joined by CohnReznick's Carolyn Kurth. For registration information, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
