Kathryn Rattigan is among the panelists presenting during the virtual "Homeland & National Security Law Review Symposium: Drone Concerns?" Hosted by Western Michigan University (WMU) Cooley Law School Homeland & National Security Law and the WMU-Cooley Homeland & National Security Emergency Response and Education Association, the symposium will take a deep-dive into drones, their social impact, and the legal rules surrounding Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS). Panelists will discuss various legal issues involved with the use and operation of sUAS, along with privacy issues, pilot liability, and the latest legislation (the Counter UAS Law).
