Biography
Garry Berman is a member of the firm's Real Estate + Development Group, and he chairs the firm's Commercial Real Estate Leasing Group. He focuses on real estate law and has more than three decades of extensive experience handling all types of sophisticated real estate transactions and financings affecting property located in major, mid-sized and small cities throughout the United States, including all of the following:

Garry represents landlords and tenants in connection with leasing and subleasing transactions affecting office, retail, restaurant, industrial and other commercial space.

Garry represents owners/landlords, tenants and brokers in connection with the sale and acquisition of vacant land, improved office, retail, industrial and other commercial properties, mixed-use properties, residential multifamily properties and student housing complexes.
