Jonathan Vasquez works on a broad range of corporate matters. He has experience researching and working on legal issues across a wide range of practice areas, including insurance defense, personal jurisdiction over a foreign national, and contract disputes. Jonathan also has experience drafting patent appeals, and he has researched and written articles on a wide variety of topics such as employment law, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and the impact of the America Invents Act.
Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan was a legal intern at a major international technologies company researching and writing on the Office of Foreign Assets Control’s enforcement history related to blocked transactions, and a sales consultant at a professional organization specializing in small and medium-sized businesses. In such roles, he established and maintained relationships with C-level executives at small-to-midsize venture capital- and private equity-backed technology companies. He also worked as an Associate Director at a firm specializing in international expansion.
